Our Sintered (diffusion bonded) metallic medias are produced in our Spring TX facility. Our state of the art equipment and know how allow us to produce goods economically and in large volume. Sintered metal fabrics have many advantages over traditional woven fabrics. We can integrate metal fibers, perforated plate, and woven wire cloth to provide the best of all structured metal media. Our finished filter elements offer superior filtration properties. Benefits of elements utilizing sintered wire cloth are; fixed pore geometry under pressure, no sheading, high mechanical strength, and the ability of the media to be pleated & cleaned allowing for longer on stream life.

Premium Woven Wire Cloth: We can help recommend the proper mesh and weave pattern for your application. From 2 micron to 4000 micron, we stock thousands of products ready for immediate shipment. Specialty weaves and custom High Flow Weaves are available. We offer services such as slitting, shearing, laser cutting, and forming. Annealing & sintering is a process we do every day.

Premium Welded Wire Mesh: Welded mesh with a wide range of openings and wire sizes from .250″ down to .020″. We supply and produce this in rolls, sheets and customer formed parts. Our products are available in a wide range of alloys and specifications.

Sintered Wire Cloth: We produce coil sintered sheets, sintered laminate sheets, and metallic filter plates on a daily basis. Our state of the art furnace and process system allows us to produce sintered wire cloth and sintered metallic structures as large as 48” x 60”. We can also incorporate non-woven metallic media into our sintered laminates.

Metallic Filtration Products: Wire Cloth and sintered wire cloth filter elements are used in almost every major industry. We produce according to your design and can provide input to help improve the performance and reduce the cost of your final filter.
